At Art Stock, we are committed to customer satisfaction and ensure a clear and transparent process for licensing and returns.
Shipping Policy
License Delivery: All purchased licenses are delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your license information via the registered email or, if you prefer, via WhatsApp to the contact number provided at the time of purchase.
Installation and Setup: If your license requires an additional installation process, our support team will contact you to provide the necessary instructions and ensure a smooth experience.
Delivery Times: In most cases, delivery is made immediately after payment confirmation. However, in exceptional cases, the process may take up to 24 hours.
Technical Support: Our support team is available during business hours to assist you with any queries or issues related to the delivery or activation of your license.
Returns and exchanges policy
Full Refund Period (100%): If you are not satisfied with your license, you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full 100% refund. Upon return, the license will be suspended immediately.
Refunds After 7 Days: If the refund request is made after the first 7 days, the amount will be proportional to the time of use of the license. This will be calculated based on the total cost of the license and the remaining days of the contracted plan.
Return Conditions: The customer must provide a clear explanation of the reason for the return. The request must be made through our customer service channels (email or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to verify the use and compliance with the conditions before processing the return.
Refund Process: Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 7 business days, and the amount will be returned to the same payment method used by the customer.
License Change:
In the event that the client wishes to change their license for another one within our offer, and provided that it is for justified reasons (such as incompatibility or an error in the choice), we offer the option of making a change. This process will be subject to availability and the equivalence in the cost of the new license. If the new license has a higher cost, the client must pay the corresponding difference. The change must be requested within the validity period of the contracted plan.
